Bloom Corporate LLC was founded by Mia Jeffries on April 1, 2021 in Memphis, TN. The company started out as a mobile notary service apart from it's sister company, Regal Tax & Financial Solutions, and quickly grew into the accomplished business that it is today. Founder and CEO, Mia Jeffries, has over 8 years of experience in the legal and business planning industry. She ordained as a minister in the year 2024, and has officiated over 50 weddings since. Bloom Corporate now operates in all 50 states, with plans to expand internationally.
